The operational gap we solve

The estate has an attorney. The property still needs someone on site.

Estate administration often involves a house filled with personal property, scheduled vendors, security concerns, mail, keys, and a long list of physical tasks. When the responsible person lives elsewhere, every small task can create another trip to New York.

We provide organized field support under written instructions. You keep control of every decision; we provide local presence, documentation, and follow-through.

Frequently asked questions

Clear boundaries. No confusing promises.

Are you an executor, attorney, property manager, or real estate broker?

No. We provide non-legal, non-fiduciary field support. The executor, administrator, trustee, owner, attorney, realtor, appraiser, and licensed vendors retain their own decision-making and professional responsibilities.

Who can authorize a property visit?

We normally work for a court-appointed executor or administrator, an authorized trustee, a surviving owner, or another person with documented authority. We verify identity and authorization before accepting keys or entering a property.

Can you help if I live outside New York?

Yes. Out-of-state executors and families are a core audience for this service. Reports, approvals, vendor quotes, and progress updates can be handled remotely.

Do you perform repairs or value estate property?

No. Repairs are performed by appropriately licensed vendors and valuations by qualified appraisers. We can coordinate authorized access and document progress.

Where do you provide service?

We are based on Long Island and serve estate properties across New York State by appointment. Local scheduling is concentrated in Nassau and Suffolk, with travel-based service available for New York City, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and other New York regions.
